3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

By booking a treatment with Éclat & Harmonie, you agree to:

• Notify us of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance
• Pay the full treatment fee or deposit as required
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

4. Treatment Disclaimer

All treatments administered by qualified, registered practitioners. Aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. Results vary by individual. By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that you have:

• Received a full consultation and information about risks
• Disclosed all relevant medical conditions and medications
• Agreed to proceed with the treatment

5. Health & Safety

You agree not to book treatments if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding (without medical clearance)
• Have active infections or skin conditions in the treatment area
• Are taking blood-thinning medications or supplements
• Have uncontrolled medical conditions

It is your responsibility to disclose this information fully. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Éclat & Harmonie Studio Clinic be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website or the services provided.
